Dempinox ARMOR 2k can be used everywhere on surfaces of all types. It can be used everywhere, where

the ultimate varnish with all the good abilities and advances is wanted. Some of the advantages are the water-

and chemical resistance, the fact that it is resistant towards the daily use. The varnish is very resistant against

scratches and has fantastic wearing abilities.

Directions for use.

1. Substrate preparation

The substrate must be dry, clean, free of grease, loose particles, dust etc.

2. Dempinox ARMOR is a 2 component coat that is activated by adding Dempinox Hardener in following

mixture proportion: Hardener 50% and varnish 100%. Is it very important that hardener and varnish are mixed

should be mixed for about 2-3 minutes, using a low–speed mixer (300 rpm). Dempinox Hardener provides an

extremely and extra strong 2 component coat.

It is important to thoroughly stir the mixture near the sides and bottom of the container, to achieve uniform

dispersion of the hardener.

Leave the mixture for a 5 minutes after mixing, for the hardener to be activated and in order to help remove air

to escape.

Application - Consumption

Dempinox ARMOR 2K is applied by spayer gun HVLP 1.2-1.3 mm, аir pressure 0,7-1,2 bar in 2-3 layers. Each

layeris applied within 30 min from the previous one, depending on the weather conditions.

Consumption: 250-350 g/m2, depending on the porosity of the substrate.

Tools should be cleaned with Dempinox Thiner, while Dempinox ARMOR 2K is still fresh.

Drying in a drying chamber at 60 ° C for 30 minutes accelerates the hardening process.

Disposal: Empty containers and product residue disposed of according to regional rules and regulations.
